1.) You should double check your shipping address.
Contact us immediately if you have made a mistake.
Only a fraction of our customers have PayPal accounts but for those of you who do, please update your profile before placing an order.
2.) Please provide a physical street address.
FedEx Ground and UPS Ground do not accept P.O. Boxes.
3.) You must provide a valid e-mail address so we can communicate about your order.
If you do not provide us with valid contact information, we have no choice but to delay or cancel your order.
4.) Please don't forget to unblock your spam blockers so we can communicate about your order.
FAST AND RELIABLE ORDERING
- You do NOT need to join PayPal or any organization
- You will NOT need to create a password to order from us
- There are NO FEES.
- WE NEVER SEE YOUR BILLING INFORMATION - We never see your credit card number
- You are charged at the time of purchase
Your billing information is kept completely private. We are only provided with your shipping address and contact information. Your credit card and payment information are never forwarded to us.
SHIPPING SPEED AND DESTINATIONS
All orders are shipped as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours (except the grow lights and stands - see red text directly below).
Rarely, your order may be held a few days for a restocking delivery. If this means a delay of more than 3 - 4 business days, we will let you know.
- Use a current and valid e-mail address.
- Use a current and valid shipping address - no P. O. Boxes.
- P.O. Box for billing purpose is fine. Not for shipping address.
- Leave a current and valid phone number (always optional.)
- We ship FedEx Ground to 48 contiguous states only. No shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, PR or Canada.
- The plant stands and lights ship UPS Ground usually within 3 - 15 business days.
- You can not cancel or change your order once it is on the delivery truck so notify us immediately for any changes.
IF YOU USED A CURRENT EMAIL ADDRESS, you'll be notified for delays beyond 4 days.

PLANT STANDS, CARTS AND GROW LIGHTS - SHIPPING INFORMATION
These units ship directly from the manufacturer usually within 3 - 15 business days.
Unfortunately, we can't provide you with an exact shipping date.
For your benefit, we hold your order for up to 24 hours in case you have a question or need to change anything on your order. The order is then forwarded to the manufacturer. You are charged at the time of purchase because we are charged by the manufacturer for your order when we forward it to them.
We can immediately refund your order if any problems arise so you do not need to have any concerns about any refund being delayed due to any problems with the manufacturer. We know they will refund us later.
During 7 years of daily contact with this manufacturer, we have never had a problem with their customer service. They stand behind their products. If damage occurs, they replace parts as soon as possible. They will provide pick up service for the damaged part so please keep all damaged parts. Report the details of the problem to us to begin any replacement process.
These shipments are delivered by UPS Ground.
DELIVERY SPEED (see 'Shipping Speed' above)
Delivery speed is up to FedEx Ground, and we can not predict this time. Our experience has been that they usually deliver within 7 business days after our shipping time period.
TRACKING AND SCHEDULED DELIVERY DATES
You will receive tracking information and a scheduled delivery date once it is delivered to us.
We have not been receiving all of our automated tracking messages on time so there can be an occasional delay.
We can not predict beforehand the date of delivery.
ORDER CONFIRMATIONS

An automated order confirmation is generated from the PayPal shopping cart. This will be delivered to the email address you supplied during the ordering process.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES

Our shipping fees typically stay within a certain range demonstrated below. If you receive a higher than expected shipping fee, please contact us with the information so we can look into it.
A few items (such as the large or very long tube feeders) that are especially heavy or oversized may have an additional charge of a few dollars.

Our products are originally priced quite low due to added shipping costs for delivery. All too often, our shipping charges do not cover the high FedEx costs, the costs of boxes and packing material and the time involved preparing the orders.
SHIPPING TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS
If you happen to be a PayPal user, your profile address will automatically show up as the shipping address. You can easily change this by entering an alternative address. If you forget or miss the spot, e-mail us as soon as you finish the order. We try to allow at least one hour before processing your order.
