What's the big deal about Spam Blockers?

Well, first of all, your order confirmation and scheduled delivery date e-mails aren't spam so spam blockers shouldn't prevent us from sending you your order information. We shouldn't have to spend countless hours trying to reach customers who don't want to be reached. (See more about EarthLink at the bottom of the page.)

We understand that some customers don't want to be reached. If you haven't unblocked our name we won't bother you again with any more attempts.

While we completely understand your desire to insulate yourself from annoying spam,

you chose to set up an e-mail blocking program

and it is only fair that it becomes your responsibility to instruct it to accept

non-spam business correspondence that you, yourself, initiated.

We have never sent spam and we never will. We have never sent correspondence to a customer without it being solicited from us for a limited and specific reason.





Earthlink, for instance, claims that it will inconvenience (block) us from reaching you with business correspondence only once but that is not the case.

ANY AND ALL business correspondence is bounced back and the service asks us to go to a certain web page again, enter all our information again, copy and paste a set of letters into a slot again and re-apply again for permission each and every time we try to provide you with your purchase information.
