FIRST, FOUR VERY IMPORTANT REMINDERS TO OUR CUSTOMERS
1.) You must verify your shipping address.
Contact us immediately if you have made a mistake.
Only a fraction of our customers have PayPal accounts but for those of you who do, please update your profile before placing an order.
2.) Please provide a physical street address.
FedEx Ground does not accept P.O. Boxes.
3.) You must provide a valid e-mail address so we can communicate about your order.
If you do not provide us with valid contact information, we have no choice but to delay or cancel your order.
4.) Please don't forget to unblock your spam blockers so we can communicate about your order.

In an imperfect world, we take care of our customers:

WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
Please check the contents. If there is any problem or any thought of returning the product, please retain all the packing materials until you are certain you are keeping the product(s). If the product is defective or damaged, you'll find this issue addressed lower on this page.
YOUR SCHOOL, BUSINESS OR ORGANIZATION WISHES TO PURCHASE THROUGH A GRANT OR PURCHASE ORDER
This is a common purchase method for us. Please contact us with your information. We will send an invoice and phone you to discuss terms. We can fax and/or e-mail the paper work between us. Thank you for your inquiry about purchasing from us.
YOU WOULD PREFER TO WRITE A CHECK OR SEND A MONEY ORDER
Some customers are not comfortable using a credit card online. We respect our customers wishes. You may mail us your order details and payment.

If we can not communicate with you or read any handwritten information, we can not process the order. Please make this information legible because we can not proceed with your order if we can not clearly read the information. If we can not get in contact with you, your personal check will be destroyed or returned to you once you contact us again.
Personal checks are deposited for 7-10 days before the order ships.
PROBLEMS WHEN ORDERING
Rarely, the internet can be sluggish or mysteriously problematic. The few times customers have contacted us about this, the problem has resolved itself by the time they try again.
Having trouble getting your credit card to process? Be certain that the credit card you selected REMAINS SELECTED as you move on. This has stumped a customer or two in the past. Make sure that another credit card has not been checked by mistake.
BACKORDERED OR DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS
If we are out of stock on an item, we can usually have our supplier ship directly to you so that there is no delay.
ATTENTION: Sometimes manufacturer's discontinue products abruptly. We do not receive prior warnings about this. A product could suddenly be unavailable. We remove products as soon as we hear that they have been discontinued but there is always a small possibility that you could purchase a discontinued item. If that happens you are refunded immediately and notified of the refund and reason for refund.

IF YOU CONTACT US FIRST
You need to contact us (email@example.com) within the time period (30 DAYS) for returning items for a refund. Please provide the reasons for the return. If we need to give feedback to the manufacturer or the shipping department, we appreciate your information.
We will provide the return address and any additional shipping information.
This return is subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned other than for reasons of product/freight damage or defect.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
CUSTOMER CONFIDENCE IS IMPORTANT TO US. Although we like to think that problems can never occur, we know that isn't possible so we are ready to correct any problem or answer any questions that may arise.
On the extremely rare occasion that there is a problem with your order once it arrives at your door, please be assured that we are prepared to deal with those problems promptly.
For instance, if there is damage to the product(s) during delivery:
1.) Please keep the box and the damaged product for pick up.
2.) Please e-mail us with a description of the damage. If you feel that our packing was part of the problem, please don't mince words, we want to know if there is a problem so we can eliminate it. We would be grateful for you to alert us.
3.) A replacement will be sent right away and the damaged item will be picked up.
If you have any other problem, please e-mail us with the information so that we can correct the problem as quickly as possible.

HAVE YOU NOT GOTTEN A RESPONSE BACK FROM US?
We can not contact you if your spam blocker is blocking us. I don't know how many times customers have asked a question and not opened their blocker to received the answer and subsequently gotten annoyed with us.
We can not contact you if your contact information is not current and valid.
Phone recorded messages are exceptionally problematic. It take only a second of interrupted service or interference to miss enough of a name or phone number to sabotage the message. We are left with no way to reach you.
E-mail is the preferred method of communication. We both retain a written record of our correspondence. No part of the message is lost. Please include your name, approximate purchase date if discussing an order, and any information you feel will help us serve you better.
If you don't receive a prompt response to an inquiry, please check the upper right corner of any of our web pages. Rarely, we are closed due to inventory or holiday. Always check for this notification. Our few closings are usually scheduled, announced and posted.
